I'm the sounding board, confidant, trusted advisor, and executive coach for CEOs, business owners, founders, C-suites, board members, and organizational leaders of mid market technology companies, and funded startups. I also advise multinational corporations with talent assessment, people strategies, leadership competency models, and corporate culture.
