Victoria McLaughlin

Victoria M. McLaughlin is a family law attorney with experience in international/cross-jurisdictional issues. She was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2019 and 2020. She formerly practiced civil litigation at the Law Offices of William E. Crockett, where she represented businesses and individuals in both state and federal courts in complex business litigation. For years Ms. McLaughlin sat on the Board of Governors of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, where she co-chaired the Young Lawyers Section. She also sat on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Barristers Section, where she served as the President-Elect, Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Networking Chair. She is a former board member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Board of Trustees. Ms. McLaughlin volunteers with Fulfillment Fund, an organization working to make college a reality for students in LA's under-resourced communities, and sits on the Junior Board of Piece by Piece, a local nonprofit working to provide low-income and formerly homeless people with free mosaic art workshops using recycled materials to develop marketable skills, self-confidence, earned income, and an improved quality of life. She previously served as a volunteer attorney with Child Hope International, including traveling to Haiti to further the mission of the organization. If she is not doing any of the above, Ms. McLaughlin is likely on her yoga mat, enjoying a long run, or traveling.
