- Create and organize the DEI Symposium, an event on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for 1200 participants, in hybrid; - Organize, launch and train the Skills program for l'Oréal Canada - achieved with an 80% adoption rate; - Organize and execute 3 photoshoots for our canadian Employer Branding; - Recruit for different job openings.

- Manage media investments of 9 different clients, varying from thousands to hundred thousands of dollars monthly; - Ensure the best possible performance for Search and Paid Social Campaigns; - Analyze and optimize campaign performances; - Present results to clients on a monthly basis.
