* Responsible for strategic planning of quality directly associated with customer quality initiatives; as a window of quality of service to the client, I also provide feedback on the quality of products in the market and the analysis of quality problems. * ※Main duties * · Confirmation of corrective measures and activities derived from customer complaints, its communication and feedback, and its report to the client. (HTR, DTR, MIR) * · Information about the quality of the deliveries / market and activities related to its research. * · Preparation and submission of quality standards. * · Creation and submission of P-FMEA and Control Plan. * · Development, confirmation of documentation and submission of IPPAAR to client. * · Support to quality manager on annual budget planning and administration. * · Continuous improvement projects administration. * · Support on implementation, validation and feedback of the Quality System (QSM). * · Suppliers evaluation (purchased parts) during project development stages and Mass production.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of purchased components during development stages of projects, supplier’s capacity evaluation during trial events and mass production deciding any changes in the process and the design itself of components. ※Main duties ·Dimensional evaluation of components including measurement, data evaluation, judgment and decision making. ·Incoming inspection management ·Quality Assurance Visit to supliers - QAV ·Creation and submission of IPPAAR to client ·Attendance and correspondance to customer Quality Audits. ※Skills · Strong knowledge on measurement equipment usage: Contracer (Roughness), Profile projector, Roundness machine, bore gages. · Knowledge on usage of multiple types of microscopes for measuring and analysis purposes. ◆International experience in Japan, Thailand, Taiwan and USA auditing and supporting suppliers during development stages of new products.

Technical liaison between General Motors field area and engineering, quality, packaging and production areas of DK to identify, define and prioritize product problems and implementing solutions. -Corrective and preventive actions follow up -Active participation in reviews to ensure the smooth operation of new products and engineering changes. -Active participation in red x projects
