Started as a college intern while obtaining hours to become a CASAC & eventually hired per diem in the Detox Unit to process intakes, run groups, provide individual counseling and discharge planning. Worked with insurance companies as part of a rehabilitation team.

Taught Kripalu yoga to groups & individuals with focus on safety and alignment. Taught meditation to groups at Brewster Adult Education.
