Training – Product Transfer Product Transfer from Mulgrave, Melbourne Australia- Project Wallaby. Work in team with 30 people from different functional teams in completing the Wallaby Product Transfer within two months. 50 BOMs with over than 800 different materials and working instruction (WI) of product assembly are verified for certified. Over 30 tooling, jigs and equipment had verified to achieve the assembly specify requirement. Production Setup Involving in workbench and test room layout design, materials and tools locate and soldering system and environment setup. Continuous improvement for the production product materials, progress and method to increase productivity. Production/Manufacturing/Engineering Worked closely with different functional teams (Production, Planner, Procurement, Logistics, Packaging and Materials Department) to improve in product assembly, materials, alignment, test, analysis and repair to improve the productivity. Keep follow up and update the Bill of Material (BOM) and involved in the Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes. The Operations are supported by SAP ERP. Key Achievements - Successfully transferred 1 Atomic Spectroscopy instruments (ICP-OES) from Agilent Technologies Australia and re-setup production line in Malaysia site within aggressive timeline, 2 months - Reduce production cycle time 15% from initial within one year. - Inventory shrinkage less than 5% for two years.

Responsible on a production line which process (trim & form) the LED, product from Osram Opto Semiconductors in 8 hours (working shift) none stop production. Repair production’s fabricated machines on time from down to maximise the productivity. Maintenance machine by schedule to increase the machine reliability.
