• Volunteer and intern recruitment and mentoring I manage a volunteer base of almost 2700 plus volunteers and interns in CRY projects in 9 states in India. I have trained more than 60 plus young adults on using music and drama in the classroom space to educate children across 8 areas in Delhi/NCR. I am also responsible for hiring interns and volunteers working in various capacities for the organization. • Trainings and workshops I have been a panellist and have been invited to speak on various child rights issues across college and school campuses across Delhi NCR. I am also incharge of conducting orientations and trainings on Child Rights issues at schools, colleges, corporate spaces and for volunteers and children from different spaces across Delhi/NCR. • Campaign designing, event management and outreach activities I have designed and managed awareness and fundraising campaigns in more than 40 colleges and schools across Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Chandigarh and Uttarakhand. I have organized and hosted events, photography exhibitions, marathons, cyclothons, flash mobs and other onground awareness activities across various spaces in Delhi. • Fundraising I have also designed, headed and organized online and onground fundraising activities with schools, colleges, corporates etc. These campaigns have been prime moved by volunteers and have helped raise an average of 20-22 lakhs per annum. • Research and data collections Have headed the data collection process for various pan India researches on the health, safety nutritional, educational status of children between the age group of 0-6 years.

I am a certified Grade 7 Vocal Coach and a Grade 5 Musical Theatre Coach from Rockschool and Trinity College of Music. I have also been certificed by Rockschool for my Excellence in teaching. As a vocal coach, I have coached students for Rockschool Vocal Exams from grade 1-8. for Trinity Musical Theatre Exams from Grade 1-5. I have additionally mentored students for musicals, studio recordings, live gigs and concerts.

• Events, campaigns, marathons, marches and other outreach activities During my tenure at RAHI Foundation, I organized and executed freeze mobs, signature campaigns, marathons and campus outreach activities to mobilize young adults to spread awareness on the issue of Childhood Sexual Abuse(CSA). I also scripted plays on the issue of Incest and CSA that were performed at various spaces across Delhi. I organized and headed ‘Take Back The Night’, a march organized for safety of women in public spaces. The march was attended by students, policemen and by organization like Nirantar and Jagori. I anchored the One Billion Rising, Delhi event on 14 th February, 2015. I additionally also organized and supervised social media campaigns that reached out to almost 17,000 people within a period of 7 days. Headed the youth programme and organized various on campus awareness raising activities for students from University of Delhi. • Communication and social media I was also instrumental in developing and expanding the organization’s online communication and outreach and brought high visibility of the organization through the promotion of social media campaigns and social outreach. • Recruiting , managing, training and mentoring volunteers I am responsible for interviewing and hiring interns, volunteers and trainees working in various capacities for the organization. I have taken training sessions for students and faculty members from schools and universities across Delhi NCR. I have also mentored and trained adult survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse on the issue, its long term effects and on recovery and prevention.

As a researcher, I headed the team for data collection and analysis of the north west block of an impact assessment of ‘Padho aur Badho’ , a programme funded by GAIL (India) Limited that provides education through the opening up of non formal education centers in urban slums of Delhi and NCR. I was also responsible for conducting focus group discussions with the immediate stakeholders and beneficiaries (the children, the parents/guardians and the educators) and was a participant observer at the classes on regular days. I additionally assisted the Principal research co-ordinator and evaluator in the initial stages of data analysis.

Aditi is a community based organization operating from units in Kandivali, Ville Parle and Bhandup, that works with street based and brothel based sex workers by addressing issues of health and human rights and various STI’s they could be susceptible to. As a student intern, I worked with the Kandivali and the Bhandup unit of the organization where I helped in the documentation of monthly reports for Mumbai District AIDS Control Society. • Helped in mobilization of sex workers for health camps conducted in both units of the organization. • Provided basic grammar and arithmetic skills to children of sex workers and thereafter assisted the organization in looking for a suitable educational institute or hostels for them. • Co-ordinated with the senior police inspector when raids were conducted in the brothels and helped in ensuring that there was no misconduct in the way they were conducted. Also helped in developing better communication between the sex workers and the police wherein they could approach the police when in need. • Organized and undertook workshops for organizations working under Mumbai District AIDS Control Society

Worked in identifying and fulfilling wishes of children with life-threatening diseases at hospitals across North and South Delhi.
