I am a Production and Maintenance Engineer with 13 years of experience in the manufacturing of PET preforms and caps for the packaging/FMCG industry. Handling a plant day to day operation from Production -Maintenance-Material management-quality-dispatch.In my current role, I am responsible for both production and maintenance activities involving advanced injection molding machines such as Husky HyPET, Husky HyCAP, Netstal Elion/Synergy, SIPA preform systems, and Huayan PETLine. My core responsibilities include process optimization, troubleshooting, quality control, downtime reduction, Spare arrangements & Material management.I actively contribute to improving OEE, implementing 5S, lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring machine reliability and product consistency. I take pride in maintaining smooth operations and delivering high-quality output under demanding production conditions.With a strong foundation in mechanical systems and a decade of hands-on experience, I bring technical depth, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to operational excellence to every project I handle.
