Accessibility, compliance, and scalability are not constraints they are enablers of trust, adoption, and long-term impact.With over 15 years of leadership experience, I now serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Appstruc Solutions, where we work across digital accessibility, healthcare revenue cycle management, AI-driven automation, enterprise support services, and staffing. Our mission is simple but demanding to build human-centered digital systems that are usable, compliant, and resilient in real-world conditions.I spend less time admiring polished success stories and more time understanding how organizations actually function where systems break, where people struggle, and where compliance gets misunderstood. Those gaps are where meaningful work begins. Whether it’s helping enterprises navigate WCAG/ADA compliance, strengthening medical coding and billing operations, or enabling teams through AI and automation, my focus is on solving problems that quietly affect millions of users and professionals every day.At Appstruc, I lead teams that believe in operational excellence, collaboration, and responsibility not quick wins. We work closely with clients, developers, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers to balance innovation with accountability.
