Currently, I hold the position of Managing and Operations Director at Manitowoc Portugal, where I legally represent the company in Portugal and Spain, supervise the local Human Resources functions, manage social relations with all our partners and assess, manage and communicate ESG performance. My career is guided by a strategic approach and a focus on results. At Manitowoc, I am responsible for the manufacturing unit in Portugal, optimizing resource allocation to maximize efficiency. Additionally, I develop operational budgets with a strong emphasis on monitoring expenses and cost-saving initiatives. I also play a crucial role in defining the strategic plan for investments and identifying and implementing solutions to improve productivity. Before taking up my current position, I served as the Finance Director at Manitowoc, where I managed and coordinated the activities of the financial and accounting department. This experience allowed me to develop multifaceted leadership skills and unparalleled adaptability. Hold a degree in Management and Accounting and have executive training in Controlling from the Católica Porto Business School.
