This includes advancing reporting capabilities and leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency and compliance outcomes. Previously I've led the Mx Integrations and Developer Experience team at DoorDash, supporting Marketplace and 1P products. My focus spans enabling 200+ global partner integrations via the OpenAPI platform, scaling instant onboarding for integrated services, and driving localization strategies for international market expansion. My work spans launching new product lines, expanding into international markets, and building infrastructure that powers a significant share of DoorDash’s order volume - all focused on delivering seamless, scalable experiences that meet the needs of a diverse and growing merchant ecosystem.

SAP Screen Personas, Slipstream Engine product, is a UI5 application engineered to run on mobile devices. As a Product Owner, I’m responsible for driving customer success, improving customer experience, and process efficiency by enabling users to personalize their ERP system’s user interfaces across desktops and mobile devices. • Drove successful customer transparency by building a new communication system and clarifying internal processes. • Grew our user base to 1500+ live customers by relentlessly driving the product’s vision, adoption benefits, and ROI. • Developed an all-in-one dashboard, centralizing product knowledge base, and consolidating customer feedback.

As a Product Development Team Lead, I was responsible for leading the development of SAP Screen Personas while managing a team of developers, QA engineers, spread over 4 global locations, focused on creating an intuitive user experience. • Improved product satisfaction by providing a high-touch customer experience from implementation to adoption. • Drove new product launches by identifying product pain points up front and finding the root cause of problems. • Established and tracked user experience benchmarks and KPIs to specific inflection points in the customer journey. • Support early adopter commercialization of SAP Screen Personas.

As a Principal Solutions Architect, I was responsible for providing innovative mobility solutions to make enterprise content securely accessible from mobile devices, which included leading a team of UI designers, developers and QA engineers. • Developed a customer solution by mobilizing the scenario of work order processing for 4000 technicians worldwide. • Created a framework for mobile application distribution, allowing developers to make apps for multiple platforms. • Build several applications on top of SAP CRM / SRM / ERP systems mobilizing key scenarios on multiple devices.

As a Product Development Manager, I was responsible for developing online portal and internet products (Oracle AS Portal, Fusion Middleware) throughout the entire product development lifecycle from conception, development, launch, upgrades and maintenance.

As a Principal Technical Architect, I was responsible for managing customer escalations related to our products, as well as supporting the production deployments of several intranet and internet sites. • Worked with several critical accounts such as the US Army, Unocal, Lucent, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, UBS Warburg Ltd, Lawrence Livermore National Labs, US Census Bureau, and Posco.

We executed several medium to large scale projects for in-house product developments teams as well as for customers such as Hitachi and British Airways. As a product manager, I was responsible for leading a team of 10-15 product development engineers as well as global cross-functional teams, technology vendors and services provider in 14 countries across the world.
