I’m Van, who deeply loves Nha Trang (Vietnam), the city where I was born and raised, and where I’ve always dreamed of giving something meaningful back. After more than 15 years of studying and working in France, Singapore, and Ho Chi Minh City, my husband and I decided to return to a long-time dream: building a clean and natural food brand called Anvan Food. Starting a business during a difficult economic time, and in a completely new field compared to what I did before, was not an easy decision. For my husband, this is a passion built on years of research and learning. And for me, it’s a big love, because Anvan Food was born from my hometown land, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa. What makes Anvan Food special is our use of French sterilization drying technology — an advanced, clean processing method that eliminates nearly all aerobic microorganisms and impurities, while preserving the natural taste, color, and nutrients of our products, up to log 5 safety level, without any additives or preservatives, and keeping them fresh for longer.
