Hello there! I have been working in human resources for over 3.5 years. During this time, I've progressed from a junior recruiter to a recruitment team leader and HR business partner. Currently, together with the HR Flowwow team, I am building business processes from scratch, helping team leaders manage human resources, and leading a team of six people. Over the past year, the HR team at Flowwow has grown fourfold, and now we have four centers of expertise. For me, HR is primarily about people, their needs, and the importance of communication. Management is about trust in oneself and the team, and delegation. I’d be happy to share experiences and have a chat, nice to meet you! P.S. If you are interested in things beyond work, I enjoy music and figure skating. In my free time, I alternate between traveling and renovating my apartment 😅
