I am responsible for locating and adding qualified talent to our recruiting pool and lead the candidates during the recruitment process. My focus is continually improving the candidate experience and guarantee an efficient and transparent process that can match the right candidate with the right job. Main activities: Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Source and recruit candidates by using college databases, social media, job boards, etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Schedule interviews. Encargada administrativa de sus tres sucursales, mediante cierres de caja diarios, facturaciones, pago a proveedores, control de deudores, ingreso de comprobantes, trámites bancarios, manejo de tarjetas y cuentas bancarias, pago y control de los gastos fijos, entre otras, con reporte directo al Gerente General. Realización de reportes mensuales sobre la situación financiera de la empresa, y planificación y proyección junto a la gerencia para posterior toma de decisiones y estrategias a implementar. RRHH: Administración de la documentación necesaria del personal de la empresa. Comunicación con estudio contable para coordinar altas y bajas de BPS, llevar planilla de trabajo unificada del MTSS al día e información pertinente para la realización mensual de las liquidaciones de sueldos.

Auxiliar Administrativa en dos sucursales.
