Able to find the right balance between the commercial and creative requirements, focused on delivering a unique solution that remains true to the original design/ concept. Planning, organisation and communication come naturally for me. I am analytically strong and can overlook the whole process from concept to production. Coaching and managing the team, to make sure that together we aim for the best results! Humor, creativity, developing and learning are a must for me in an organisation.
