Most of my experience sits at the intersection of planning, buying, and execution — where small assumptions in data, lead times, or supplier selection quietly turn into cost, delays, or excess stock. I’m particularly interested in: – how procurement decisions shape flexibility – how inventory reflects planning maturity – how ERP data quality influences everyday decisions – how supply chain trade-offs are managed, not avoided I don’t see supply chain as a set of isolated functions. I see it as a system of compromises, where optimising one area often shifts risk somewhere else. My approach is practical, data-aware, and context-driven. Less about “best practice”, more about what actually works under real constraints. I use this space to share observations and insights from day-to-day supply chain work — not theory, not hype.
