Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budgets. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering and replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness. Conduct regular market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize vendor base. Handle import documentation and liaise with logistics providers when applicable. Manage end-to-end export/import operations, ensuring compliance with Qatar Customs and global trade regulations. Handle shipping documentation (B/L, COO, CCPIT, CI, PL etc.) and ensure trade compliance with Incoterms and destination requirements. Oversee global container logistics, optimize freight costs, and resolve shipping delays or cargo issues efficiently.

Finding trustworthy suppliers for the different products and services required by the household and hospitality establishment (e.g., cleaning items, cooking appliances, Amenities (Dry/Liquid) items, Home appliances, toys, furniture, linens, etc.). Negotiating prices, Incoterms, and contracts with suppliers to foster good communication and resolve issues promptly. Coordinating logistics and distribution of purchased items to relevant departments or locations with the household & hospitality establishment.
