Gaining in-depth experience in the field of Human Resources for more than 20 years, I worked as a Director at Özdilek Holding. I have developed unique competencies in areas such as strategic human resources, operations management and project management. My mission was to create a people-oriented work culture and thereby increase the company's efficiency and performance. Values, motivation and goals compatible with the mission and culture of the organization formed the basis of my work, and we were able to bring our diversity and experiences to life as a team. In my last role as Human Resources Director at Özdilek Holding, I managed processes such as recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, training management, Labor law, payroll management, employee satisfaction and retention, wages and benefits, occupational health and safety in different sectors of the holding and transferred these processes to digital. Developing communication-oriented strategies, implementing corporate risk management practices and strategic human resources management were the main areas in which I made significant contributions to the success of the company. In these processes, we worked together with teams and achieved success as a joint effort of all of us.
