As an experienced operations and finance leader with a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, I bring a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to improving systems, driving results, and leading teams in dynamic environments. Over the past eight years at Highlife Recovery, I’ve advanced through multiple roles — from Collections Specialist to Program Director — building deep expertise across insurance billing, revenue cycle, accounts payable/receivable, financial forecasting, and HR operations. I currently function at a VP level, working closely with the CEO and executive team to drive company-wide initiatives, improve financial performance, and manage cross-departmental strategy and execution. I thrive in fast-paced, problem-solving environments and take pride in identifying operational inefficiencies, building sustainable solutions, and leading initiatives that improve outcomes across the board — whether it’s reducing A/R aging, streamlining coding workflows, or designing new reporting systems to support strategic planning.
