I founded SUHR as a community project for HR professionals and gradually built it into a fully functioning educational platform and a sustainable business. ▫️ I lead a team of 10+ colleagues and oversee the entire HR agenda of the company. ▫️ I’m responsible for company strategy, cash flow management, and overall business operations. ▫️ Together with my team, we deliver 20+ academies every year, along with dozens of courses, webinars, mentoring programs, corporate trainings, and community meetups. ▫️ We’re developing one of the most active HR communities in the Czech Republic and abroad — with more than 5,000 members. ▫️ We share know-how through articles, podcasts, newsletters, and industry reports. As part of the Academy, I became a lecturer delivering sessions on HR-related topics. I focus mainly on how to effectively showcase your work, attract new career and business opportunities, and position yourself successfully in the job market.

Pyxis is a remote PR agency operating worldwide.
