- Experience with common laboratory equipment such as particle size analyzer, pH meters, viscosity meters, density tester, HPLC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, dissolution tester, melting point apparatus, Karl Fischer Titrator - Perform qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials, API's, intermediates, and finished products for release and stability testing in accordance to current USP/ICH guidelines in a cGMP environment. - Analyze impurity profiles for regulatory submission and propose product shelf life. - Maintain and track laboratory conditions of the stability chambers and desiccators in coordination with QA compliance. - Prepare and review technical documents that include validation protocols and reports, FDA deficiency responses, investigational reports, change controls, and analytical test methods. - Perform qualitative and quantitative wet chemistry tests such as LOD, ROD, titrations, sieve analysis, bulk/tap density tester, appearance, pH, etc. - Execute physical and chemical analysis of analytical samples using USP and SOP specification methods. - Authored SOP's, Change Control documents, Method Validation Protocols and Reports of in-process/finished products. - Manage lab safety by monitoring and coordinating the removal of hazardous waste and developed system to increase accessibility to MSDS. - Train associates at WES Pharma to conduct daily balance and pH calibrations, water conductivity testing, dissolution testing, bulk/tap density testing, and particle size distribution. - Provide English/Spanish translations to facilitate communication between management and associates.

- Perform mutagenesis of yeast cultures and characterize the mutant strains. - Conduct electroporation of yeast cells and use yeast as a model system to study amyloid toxicity diseases. - Operate a cell type-specific RNAi experiment with Drosophila to study the neurons using a fluorescence microscope. - Analyze a set of genes tested by quantifying the dendrite shape/organelle parameters and derive a conclusion on the observed phenotype based off of scientific literature.

-Serve as a campus leader and representative of the Office of Residence Life and the Penn State University. - Assist residents in developing a meaningful community that supports and promotes the ideals of personal and academic responsibility and engaged citizenship. -Understand, abide by, and enforce all University regulations and policies in a fair and consistent manner. - Conduct rounds of the assigned housing areas at all hours of the night. -Assess residents’ needs and plan events that effectively meet the needs outlined in the Educational Priority and Residence Life Curriculum.
