• Leads Recruitment Center team that is serving to holding’s and group companies’ organizations • Conducts proactive talent mapping for the Holding Board Chairman’s N-1 level, company CEOs, and their leadership teams, building external succession pipelines. • Fulfills staffing requirements with the most eligible talents by distinguishing hi-potentials and hi-performers • Generates insights from data obtained through assessment and evaluation tools to build data-driven recruitment mechanisms, ensuring the acquisition of candidates with high-performing employee characteristics. • Leads and implements projects related to recruitment processes to maximize candidate experience; continuously updates and improves these processes and takes a leading role in the integration of AI applications. • Ensures that Assessment Center practices for managerial roles are conducted in all internal promotion processes and external hires through accredited internal resources; generates insights to guide development plans based on the outcomes. • Leads and manages the end-to-end Young Talent Program across holding and group companies to build future talent pipelines for organizational roles.

• In collaboration with the consulting firm, leads the HR side in the design and implementation of the Central Performance Management System. • Designs and delivers trainings for company HR teams and managers on the new performance management system. • Is responsible for business analysis, periodic measurements and presenting the project to the management. • Identifies and implements process improvement actions to enhance the effectiveness of the performance management system. • Ensures the integration of performance outcomes with other HR processes such as compensation, talent management and career planning.

• Builds and maintains the talent pool for head office teams. • Designs, plans, and executes promotion and rotation processes. • Diversifies Assessment Center applications with new tools and ensures their implementation. • Supports employer branding initiatives and activities to strengthen talent attraction and engagement. • Provides HR support and coaching to team members on all HR-related matters within the HRBP scope, and coordinates with relevant teams. • Defines and coaches competency development plans for employees and managers; conducts scheduled feedback meetings.
