—A nurse, educator, and entrepreneur with a passion for empowering healthcare professionals. With hands-on experience in OR, ICU, Pediatrics, and Cardiovascular Surgery ICU—especially during the COVID-19 pandemic—I’ve built a strong foundation in clinical nursing. My academic path includes teaching laboratory and clinical courses as a faculty member, contributing to research projects, and performing statistical analyses using tools like SPSS. I founded NURSECAMP to guide Turkish nurses -who wishes to work in the U.S. , through tailored NCLEX prep programs, career counseling, and credentialing support. NURSECAMP is committed to empowering nurses at every stage, from the first step to U.S. arrival. Outside of work, I enjoy playing musical instruments, staying active with sports, and creating educational content for my Instagram audience, @hemsireakademisyen , @newgradnurses and @medikal_ingilizce. I’m driven by an altruistic spirit and a resilient mindset, always looking for ways to inspire and contribute to those around me.
