Foster an organizational culture that promotes employee well-being, engagement, and growth. Partner with the business to design, develop and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop people.

Collaborate with VP and C-level leaders to ensure the right talent is onboarded, implement effective development, engagement, and retention practices, manage stakeholder expectations, and build trust to establish long-term relationships.

Lead and oversee all aspects of global HR strategy and processes on a country level, covering the end-to end employee lifecycle and implementing company people strategy including talent management and development, performance management, compensation & benefits, operations, and others.

Partner with local and global leaders to drive a culture, underpinned by company values, that inspires employees to be part of the global mission. Develop and deliver capability building and business continuity people practices through strategic talent management and L&D programs. Build and execute employee experience practices to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and a high level of employee engagement.

Create, implement and oversee the HR strategy and execution aligned with the business goals. Implement policies and procedures for human resources, including: HR planning, hiring, employer branding, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee relations. Advise leaders on employee relations matters, team leadership and people development.

Participate in management and HR consulting projects for elaboration of functional and leadership competency models, assessment centers, outplacement and career counseling, organizational diagnosis through Investors in People methodology and others. Facilitate training for effective communications, conflict management, leadership skills, employee engagement, competency based recruitment, organizational culture and others.

Provide on-going HR advisory support and partnering to middle management regarding: team planning and resourcing, job analysis and organisation design, recruitment, internal communications, performance management, employee relations, change management.
