Learned how to seek and manage customer data files, clearly understand the process and documentaries of import & export by finding and contacting directly to import-export firms. Had basic knowledge about forwarding full tax goods by sea/road, CO and entrusted import/export businesses.

Enhanced problem-solving and negotiation skills by dealing with suppliers, coordinating deliveries and handling troubles. Personal sales reached 117 millions from the implementation of the March Flash-sale program with tasks of posting promotional articles, making product lists and suggesting appropriate selling prices.

Co-organized successfully 8 events, approximately increased 5.200 followers of Fanpage during the term-date through the coordination with members of the organization and Valoma Association implementing communication plans, content writing and publication design.

Gained skills of receiving and managing input information from many sources, and the ability to respond quickly and accurately through data management of candidates and professors from 10 Universities/Colleges, constantly updating notifications and answering questions via Email, mainly in charge of the design and production of uniforms for contestants.
