Jio Health is a technology-driven healthcare company that connects patients and doctors through an ecosystem of digital products and physical clinics. As the key visual and product design lead, I define the overall design direction, aesthetics, and user experience for both digital and offline touchpoints. Core responsibilities: + Lead the product design for Jio Health’s mobile and web applications — researching, improving, and redesigning key product features to enhance usability and patient experience. + Build and maintain the design system that ensures consistency across all products and platforms. + Create and own the company’s key visual identity, applied across marketing, digital campaigns, and physical clinics. + Collaborate with marketing and operations to produce visuals (banners, videos, event materials, etc.) aligned with the product’s design language. + Design logos and sub-brand identities for new business lines and product extensions. + Work closely with leadership to align design strategy with business vision and technology goals. This role allows me to bridge brand, product, and experience design — ensuring that every touchpoint reflects Jio Health’s mission to make healthcare more accessible, human, and trustworthy.

Lead the design team in developing a building management mobile app, from concept to launch. + Defined the UI/UX direction, user flow, and visual identity for the product. + Conducted user research and prototyped features to optimize daily interaction between residents, management, and service providers. + Built a small, agile design team and established internal design standards. + Worked directly with the CEO and dev team to align design vision with business and technical goals.

Designed visual assets and promotional websites for online and mobile games. + Created landing pages, brand visuals, and campaign materials to attract players and promote in-game events. + Collaborated with game producers to ensure designs reflected each game’s identity and market appeal. + Improved conversion rates through better UI layouts and visual storytelling.

Contributed to multiple game projects by creating website interfaces, visual banners, and in-game UI components. Collaborated with development and marketing teams to deliver consistent, high-quality visuals. Balanced creativity with commercial goals to engage the target gaming audience.

Designed websites, banners, and marketing visuals for various VNG game titles. Worked closely with the marketing team to produce campaign materials for product launches. Learned to translate brand identity into impactful online experiences — a foundation for later UI/UX work.
