As an Area Supervisor, I train and develop crew and managers for a payday loan chain. I am responsible for multiple locations in the Northern Utah area with an annual profit exceeding half a million dollars. I am responsible for improving region operations, to maximize the long-term lending and profits. I build positive business relationships with key customers including the Owner, Leadership Team, Crew, and Customers. Primary Responsibilities: - Pro-actively reducing the debt on customer accounts. - Driving projects and initiatives. - Pro-actively contacting customers, negotiating payments and resolving their queries. - Reconciliation of accounts, - Administration of accounts, - Preparing debt reports and statements, - Investigating debtor’s financial status, - Setting credit limits - Negotiating and applying part settlements, - Working in close co-operation with administration and credit teams. - Achieving month-end and year-end targets. - Participating in recruitment process - Analyzing financial statements, credit reports and other information in order to determine credit worthiness for new and existing customers. - Training in new starters on the team, to help them better understand our processes & procedures. - Educating the business in terms of financial compliance. - Helping the Team to achieve and surpass targets. - Create and implement new ideas, products, and service's company wide.

Worked with insurance companies to get patient claims paid for the clinic. Billed out daily charges through the mail and electronically Followed up with delinquent accounts by phone and mail. Answered multiple phone lines and presented medical group in a positive and professional manner. Assisted nurses and receptionist when needed with patients care.
