Tracy is a highly experienced and motivated Early Years professional with 23 years’ of experience as a classroom teacher, senior leader, Early Years trainer and Local Authority consultant. Through this breadth of roles, she has developed an extensive knowledge and expertise across all aspects of Early Years Foundation Stage. She has a proven track record of improving quality and raising standards through both training delivery and working directly with Local Authorities, professionals, children and families within the public, private and independent sectors. In addition, Tracy has extensive experience of assessment within Early Years, including her roles as a Local Authority EYFS Profile moderation manager and as an Assessor for the EYFS Moderator Registration programme on behalf of Standards and Testing Agency. She contributed to the development of both sets of EYFS Profile national exemplification materials.
