- Deploy TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology over 44 sites in Asia Pacific zone. - Build effective MRO system/practice by leading a cross-region TPM network. - Lean manufacturing deployment (tools, methods, practices, pilot projects). - As a key member of Schneider electric Lean team, conduct regular Production System audit (Lean Manufacturing Excellence), identify gaps, drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor performance.

- Business strategy & market development for Industrial Maintenance Solution business in China region, focus on heavy industry (Metal, Paper, Food&Beverage...), covers bidding, negotiation and contract processes. - Conduct MRO management diagnosis in customer site, develop fit-to-customer MRO Solutions which covers Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and energy saving solutions. - Life-cycle MRO project management and execution (Project initiative, resource planning, on-site delivery and performance monitoring).
