Overall responsibility for the maintenance and engineering of an 1142 unit high-rise luxury apartment facility. Managed 25 stationary engineers and one administrative assistant. Oversaw and executed a $2.5 million annual budget including Capital expense projects, Maintenance, and Personnel.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 25,000 SQ.FT. facility. A key lead for implementing a $1 Million Tenant Improvement project. Coordinated a company move of 65 employees and servers from San Francisco to Belmont. Directly supervised 2 employees

Cisco’s World Headquarters with 52 buildings and over 7 million Square feet of office space including 7 Data Centers. Developed and managed budgets, Managed a staff including Facilities Managers and Facilities Coordinators as well as vendors and contractors. Led drives for cost and energy savings.

Provided in-house property management for Oracle Corporation buildings. Performed regular inspections to assess overall condition of property, and coordinated repairs. Reviewed and prepared vendor contracts and SOW’s for quality and content.

Manages Global Facilities Operations with offices in the US, India, EMEA and APAC. Led a global team to locate and build out new office space in the US, India and EMEA. Developed and initiated Policy and procedures affecting all offices. Negotiated Leases and subleases and maintained a lease data base. Implemented a global space management program.
