I recently finished a major project to better organize product information on the Bradley website, making it easier for customers to find the information they need. The launch went very smoothly and made company much better positioned to keep up with digital innovations. The company website is visited by thousands of people every workday, and I act as one of the primary resources for maintaining content, branding, and design. Whether making small changes or driving larger ones, customer usability is always a primary focus. I also coordinate the digital support of product launches including: web pages, applications, videos, and content for sales people's iPads On several larger projects I've worked with developers to design applications that are good looking, fun to use, and most importantly, help users do their jobs easier. It was often easier to create digital images of Bradley's products than to photograph them, and I developed some experience making photorealistic images of both application rooms designed from scratch and products from engineering models.

One of the major projects was taking a wordy 20 page document of ADA compliance issues and distilling it down to a much more graphic 5 page document. It has become one of the most downloaded documents on the website. My regular responsibilities were processing images, managing product information on the website, and some copywriting

I've run and been involved with a number of different major projects in this position. For several years I was managing a roadmap of the corporate web presence using an Agile process. That included an ongoing process of research, data analysis, design, and working closely with the development process. In the past few years I've been working on corporate initiatives related to E-Commerce.
