’m Tony Learning, Founder and Former President of MTLI Group—a company I built from the ground up with one simple mission: deliver dependable, turnkey solutions in commercial construction, relocation, and warehouse optimization. Over the last 40+ years, I’ve led MTLI through every phase of growth, from a local operation to one of North America’s most trusted providers in our space. We’ve proudly completed thousands of projects across Canada and the United States, supporting some of the largest organizations in logistics, retail, manufacturing, and commercial real estate. From building out warehouse infrastructures and installing complex racking and conveyor systems to overseeing full office renovations and facility relocations, I’ve been hands-on at every level of the business. I’ve always believed that long-term success is earned through consistency, integrity, and relentless follow-through. Whether managing construction projects, coordinating national moving programs, or executing multi-site material handling installations, my focus was always on delivering quality work, safely and on time. As the company matured, I helped lead MTLI through a series of strategic mergers and acquisitions to expand our service offerings and geographic footprint. These moves were critical in positioning MTLI as a true end-to-end solutions provider—capable of taking on everything from office interior rebuilds to high-volume warehouse automation rollouts. What I’m most proud of, though, is the team we’ve built and the legacy that continues. Today, MTLI Group is led by the next generation of leadership, expanding faster than ever and carrying forward the same values that made us who we are. Although I’ve stepped back from day-to-day operations, I remain deeply invested in the continued success of the business and in helping guide the team as they take MTLI into its next chapter of national growth.
