About
For more than a decade, I've been building successful products and learning what works and what doesn't.I'm a strong believer in the Product Trio model. I partner deeply with Engineering and Design to tackle the four big product risks (Value, Usability, Feasibility, and Viability) early in discovery. My technical background allows me to engage meaningfully in feasibility discussions, asking informed questions and understanding the constraints and trade-offs the team is navigating. This collaborative approach means we move faster, learn cheaper, and never commit to solutions we can't actually deliver. But in the end, my north star as a PM is always value and viability. We can build the most usable, technically elegant solution, but if it doesn't solve real problems for real users in ways that work for the business, we've failed. When I'm not managing products, I spend my spare time managing a different kind of chaos: experimenting with new technologies through hobby projects, or coaching a field full of energetic kids on the local football team. Keywords: Product Management, Product Manager, Product owner, Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, UEFA C Football Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach
