Acting as an authorised adviser to provide independent Financial Planning and Wealth Management advice. This advice is tailored to each client's objectives to meet their goals in a cost effective and efficient manner.

* Sales: To generate pensions and investments new business sales through engagement with existing and new customers. * Retention: To build relationships with existing direct customers with a focus on generating revenue for the company and adding value for the customer. * Working with internal teams to ensure we deliver superior customer service when dealing with new and existing customers.

* My role encompassed administrative duties as well as dealing with both brokers and clients alike on a daily basis, investigating their queries to the best of my ability. * Responsible for the initial processing of life assurance applications. * I also worked closely with the sales team to attract new business and build relationships with our clients. * Liaised with all departments within the company in order to carry out my work to a high standard. * Worked on my own initiative, implementing new work methods on a trial and error basis, to complete any requests.
