Function as the IT liaison for the Accounting Team by performing; requirements gathering, leading the team in various system upgrades, implementations, functionality additions and company acquisitions to integration into our many corporate accounting systems (Concur, Catalyst [Invoice Processing tool], HFM, Cognos, BW, Approva (Sarbanes Oxley segregation of duties SAP bolt-on), Workday, Blackline. As the resident SAP Subject-matter expert for the several modules of SAP, including Security, Procurement, Finance and Cost controlling, Projects and Fixed Assets. Major achievements include leading the accounting teams in El Segundo, New York and Latin American into one single accounting system and ledger for accurate and timely reporting across company holdings.

Journal entries, account reconciliation, monthly check run, expense report approval, external audits, processed HR related expenses, and special projects with SAP entry.
