Counseling Intern @ Aspen Valley Wellness Center
About
Dr. Toby Larson empowers people to unlock their full potential. He has become an expert in the mental side of performance by working as a mental coach in mixed martial arts while earning a master's degree in kinesiology and a doctorate in performance psychology. He integrates the sciences of skill acquisition and sports psychology, allowing his clients to master their personal learning and motivational abilities. Toby's passion for this field was sparked in his previous career as a high school math teacher and coach. On the field and in the classroom, he became deeply curious about how people learn and what makes some excel beyond others. While he began his work with professional MMA fighters, Toby now works with a diverse range of clients, including athletes and individuals pursuing audacious goals such as becoming world champions, game- changers, or industry leaders. His clients develop greater control of their attention, allowing them to be more deliberate in their decisions and behaviors. Through this, they learn how to set and achieve their goals with greater dedication and fulfillment. Partnering with Dr. Toby Larson enables clients to tap into their full potential, fostering enhanced focus, heightened dedication, and unwavering support to achieve their goals.
