Providing services within the TDMA interface processor, and collaborated with the engineering team regarding network connectivity improvement from a user’s perspective. Preparing network diagrams utilizing VISIO, taking each segment of the network and providing a ground view of equipment type and operating parameters. Providing technical support and monitored network performance utilizing network testing equipment and monitoring tools to discover, diagnose and correct performance issues and failures.Evaluating vendor products to determine the best options to meet corporate requirements, and assisted in the presentation of data to managerial staff, resulting in the purchase and installation of hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment.
