I am a commercial and retail leader with demonstrated experience in leading a project and team to success. I master a p&l and led our flagship store to profitability while building a dream team around me. People are the very base of any business's success and I truly believe in recruiting people better than myself, to become stronger every day. I am skilled and passionate about Offer, Pricing, Commercial strategies, Coaching, Retail, Customer Services, Sales, Communication, and Team Building. I have a strong focus on leadership and deliver training and workshops on this topic in all of our business units. Today, as the Commercial Leader for Decathlon Australia, I’m all about creating sustainable, on-point product offerings that speak to the Aussie market. I steer our strategies, lead campaigns, and shape the commercial calendar to connect with our customers. I also drive merchandising, bringing future trends into today’s product lineup. By staying ahead of market shifts, I ensure our selection always hits the mark. Our goal? To get Aussies moving and show them the joy of sport—whether it's smashing goals, chasing dreams, or just having fun. And it's a lot easier (and a lot more fun!) when I’m doing it with the same passion for sport that drives me every day.
