Senior Claims Representative in Western General Liability and Auto Litigation.

Responsible for full pipeline of a variety of active loans for various lenders and loan officers. Independently working to create a complete and accurate loan file for each borrower, I completed all duties and responsibilities associated with processing the loan, including but not limited to the following; collecting accurate data from borrowers, sending out disclosures, submitting correct documentation to lender, analyzing loan file for errors and issues regarding income, pricing, assets and lender guidelines, complying with and collecting all conditions for underwriting, ordering title, insurance, appraisal and other documents necessary, working with lender, borrower and loan officer to close and fund the loan in a timely and efficient manner, as well as preparing the file for compliance. All these duties managed and conducted in a 100% commission based environment.

Manage all Human Resource duties including advertising for openings, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, management and processing of new hire paperwork, payroll processing, implementation of all garnishments, levies, support directives, conduct terminations and dismissals and maintain unemployment and Worker's Compensation claims. Utilize QuickBooks to maintain Invoicing and Accounts Payable. Improve customer satisfaction and deepen relationship by conducting site visits to identify needs and issues and plan and implement solutions to resolve concerns. Create reports, correspondence, and other documents for management, employees, customers and vendors.

Administrative support for retail commercial Realtor. Managed billing process by completing invoices and calculating commission splits, organized and maintained ACT! client database, conducted market research, created marketing brochures and mailings.
