Electronics & Software Team Member

-> FST Lisboa develops autonomous, electric formula racing cars for the Formula Student Competition. -> Developed different electronic units (PCBs - Printed Circuit Boards) for the racing cars using ALTIUM and LTSpice and consequently on site testing of the electronic units. -> Embedded systems programming, mostly dsPIC and STMs and the use of the CAN bus communication protocol. -> Cable manufacturing and general assembling of the racing car. -> On track testing of the racing car and general problem solving. -> Tutored recruits of the Electronics department mostly on how to use Altium and how to perform embedded systems programming.

Electronics Intern
-> Training to integrate the electronics department of FST Lisboa. -> The training consists on learning the skills needed to work for the team, for example: learning how to work with ALTIUM, the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Layout Designer used by the team or working with microchip's dsPIC series. -> My recruitment's project consisted on conceiving and designing a component called PDU (Power Distribuition Unit) for the next year's prototype racing car.

Master’s thesis “Multimodal approach for renal cancer prognosis with missing data” included: -> Multimodality - 3 different medical imaging modalities (3D CT, 3D MRI and 2D WSI) and tabular data (clinical and genetic). -> Weakly Supervised Learning - Multiple Instance Learning -> Deep learning architechtures. -> Early and late data fusion techniques. -> Encoder - decoder architechtures for missing data.
