As Global Head of Supply Chain Management at BYK, I lead the strategic development and operational excellence of our worldwide supply chain operations. My focus is on creating value through innovation, agility, and customer-centricity, ensuring that our supply chain serves as a competitive advantage in the specialty chemicals industry.I bring 20+ years of comprehensive experience spanning IT, M&A, strategy, and supply chain transformation. Most recently, as SVP of Supply Chain Excellence at Evonik, I established global governance frameworks and led an in-house consulting team that delivered transformative results through innovative solutions and operational efficiency improvements.With a strong background in strategy, organizational development, and technology, I combine analytical rigor with a collaborative leadership style. I'm known for my ability to navigate complex challenges, drive change, and build high-performing teams across diverse cultures and geographies.I hold a Dr. rer. nat. in Applied Mathematics and completed the Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme.
