Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events for several hundred people.

* Own and operate a retail and wholesale resale business, including merchandise procurement, marketing, product research, sales, customer service accounting and business planning. * Set and monitor monthly sales goals and income projections. * Create detailed product descriptions and photos for online marketing on multiple platforms. * Manage in-person sales transactions by appointment.

* Serve as primary chef on scheduled shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction with food, service and overall dining environment. * Maintain a clean and well-stocked cooks line and prep kitchen. * Plan and prepare the daily soup and complete any needed food preparation. * Plan, cost and execute special menus for events. * Assist owner in successful business practices including cost controls, food safety protocols and HACCP practices, menu planning and development.
