In my current role as the Head of Enterprise Technology @ Next-Kraftwerke, I spearhead significant improvements contributing to the company's overall growth and success and helping the world on the path to sustainable energy . As the Managing Director at TONGER - Haus der Musik GmbH, I upheld a trusted legacy in the music industry while managing multiple stores across Germany. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to establish TGI Consulting, where I provided innovative solutions in information technology, business processes, and retail. This experience allowed me to make critical decisions that impacted the businesses I worked with. In addition to my professional roles, I have dedicated a significant part of my life to volunteering, particularly in disaster and humanitarian relief efforts as a Board Member of the European GE ELFUN Organization. I have personally coordinated relief activities and even played a part in building a multiethnic school in Kosovo, showcasing the power of education in fostering unity. As the President of TONMEISTER e.V., I've led an organization focused on providing music education to underprivileged children, making a difference in their lives and instilling a love for music. I have also been deeply involved in the scouting movement, serving as a Scout & Scout Leader for over two decades, nurturing the potential of young minds.
