Workflow Live is establishing proven use cases for used car variable and fixed operations, bringing the next evolution of automotive operational intelligence to dealer groups everywhere. I build and improve the front end using React, Vite, Radix UI, and Tailwind, with PWA support, focusing on performance, scalability, and a seamless mobile experience. In key achievements, I deeply analyze the codebase, identify and refactor repeated logic in React custom hooks and utilities by applying DRY principles, which improves the overall performance of the application. I also implement features that integrate the front end with Restful APIs provided by a Node.js backend, enabling efficient and reliable real-time data for critical dealer operations.

Through Sys Manager, I served as a Front End Engineer for Quiet Professionals, working on a new version of a military system. In this role, I developed and improved the system’s interface, focusing on performance, security, and ease of use. I utilized technologies such as React, TypeScript, Axios, Vitest, and React Leaflet to build features that made the system more efficient and enhanced map and location visualizations. I collaborated closely with other teams to integrate the front end with backend services, ensuring real-time and accurate data delivery. Additionally, I applied best practices in testing and optimization to deliver a stable and reliable platform for critical operations.

At Branco.ai, a B2B platform that helped leaders and teams align company strategy with individual career growth, I served as a Senior Front End Developer. Branco integrated continuous feedback via Slack with AI-generated action plans to improve team alignment, engagement, and performance. I was primarily responsible for developing and maintaining the entire front-end architecture of the main platform. Using technologies such as React, Material UI, and Context API, I designed and implemented scalable, responsive interfaces fully integrated with a FastAPI (Python-based) back end.

Through Sys Manager, I served as a Tech Lead and Full Stack Engineer for Grupo Equatorial. In this role, I led a team of seven developers, making critical technical decisions for the company’s main monitoring application, a comprehensive dashboard. I utilized technologies such as React, Next.js, Axios, ECharts, Tailwind CSS, and Styled-components to deliver high-quality solutions while mentoring the team, conducting code reviews, and managing conflict resolution through mediation. Key achievements included integrating the front end with the Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) to provide real time data from microservices, ensuring seamless user experiences. Additionally, I spearheaded the migration of the Progressive Web Application (PWA) to Android and iOS platforms, enhancing accessibility and expanding the app’s user base.

Through Sys Manager, I was allocated to the international client SyBridge Technologies, a global leader in engineered solutions across the product lifecycle. I used technologies such as React, TypeScript, Axios, React Router, and React Query to develop and improve their main products, with Tailwind following Figma designs. I built screens focused on improved user experience and integrated them with the GO Back End. I worked on integrating new payment methods and a tracking system between SyBridge Technologies’ two main products. These changes made payment processing easier and improved real-time tracking, leading to better user engagement and smoother connections between systems.

Through Act Digital, I brought my expertise as a Senior Full Stack Developer allocated to the client Banco BMG, a leading Brazilian digital bank. Using React, Next, and React Hooks, I improved web application performance and ensured robust state management using Context API on the Front End. I designed visually appealing interfaces with Styled Components, following Figma designs. My responsibilities also included integrating GraphQL for efficient data querying, optimizing real-time data integration, and providing BFF support. I contributed to the timely resolution of backlogged requests, ensuring successful project delivery, responsible for 70% of the total company revenue.

At Digigrow Hub, clients effortlessly showcase and promote their products through Digigrow's official stores on Mercado Livre. In my leadership role, I led a proficient 7-person software engineering team specializing in React development. As the primary overseer of code review and deployment, I directed the redesign of Material UI components using CSS/SCSS. I spearheaded crucial updates, including the implementation of a notification bell, enhancement of the UI multi-browser compatibility, and optimization of data fetching through Axios/Jotai. The revamped front end contributed to a substantial 30% increase in company revenue and facilitated the expansion of our client base.

Alura is Brazil's largest online technology school. In my former role, I contributed significantly to the Alura Start program by crafting educational content. This involved creating slides and practical exercises inspired by the courses offered on the Alura platform. I utilized Front End languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and p5.js in the development of these materials.

BYJU'S is an innovative global edtech, leading at the intersection of content, media, and technology. In my role, I developed modules and activities for educational projects, teaching programming through Minecraft Education and Roblox in webinars. I led the update process for React Native and Expo-CLI classes, localized and maintained HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and React code. Additionally, I created engaging video lessons for training and developed educational materials for partner teachers and classroom use. The integration of gamification into the Roblox livestreams I hosted resulted in a 15% boost in IT course subscriptions. Following the implementation of the React Native and Expo-CLI update process, issues related to incompatible versions in these classes dropped significantly by around 70%.
