Hi! My name is Theresia Steffany. I’m a People Enthusiast with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, deeply passionate about Human Resources and mental health advocacy. With 3 years of experience in recruitment, I’ve supported hiring across various industries—Technology, Manufacturing, Trading, Construction, Automotive, Property, and more—handling roles at different levels. I take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to employer branding and university collaboration, while working closely with hiring managers to find the right fit. Currently, I’m a Talent Acquisition Officer at Odoo Indonesia, where I manage end-to-end recruitment and continuously seek ways to improve the candidate and hiring experience.
