Contact with related departments ( pattern, sample room, consumption)to get sample and data Contact with buyer about design, revise or change something as customer’s feedback to get final sample with high quality. Contact with supplier to request item, price or any special requisition from buyer. Approve lap-dip for develop stage. Follow and tracking sample room to make correct customer request to avoid waste to revise sample. Check consumption with techsheet, pattern and sample to make sure enough parts and consumption. Make CBD and send to customer. Tracking mass production and approval item for production stage.

Receive information warranty by phone or mail from dealer, check system and then send informations products and dealer from office to samsung warranty center. Support technical for customer and dealer. Dealing with complain from dealer about products Samsung in bussiness.

Receive information spec and pattern from Develop Team Calculate total price for shoe sent to customer Received quotation, check and sign quotation for Purchasing Team so that they can order material for production.
