Scope & Responsibilities: Lead a diverse team of 40–50 staff across remote, offshore, site operations, and office-based roles Drive capability building, transformation initiatives, and strategy deployment across the supply chain Manage site-based and 3PL warehousing (storage, pick/pack, distribution) and import/export operations Oversee 3PL transport operations for both palletised and carton freight, including Dangerous Goods Direct Purchasing, Sourcing & Procurement (P2P) activities in alignment with PepsiCo global standards Manage B2B and D2C customer service, sales support, and order-to-pay processes Lead Reverse Logistics and national-scale cylinder "milk run" programs for efficient returns and reuse Oversee IT Service Desk and Project Delivery, including EDI, API integrations and Oracle ERP.
