Key responsibilities: - setting up a legal function supporting Consumer business in Ukraine - being a member of leadership team providing advise on key business strategies - support of sales and marketing departments and help to execute business strategy in a flawless and ethical way - develop innovative and compliant partnerships with strategic customers - draft and negotiate contracts to support implementation of innovative new contracting models - advice on competition law questions, specifically in relation to the commercial policy, advanced pricing models and structures, distributors, new business deals - support of healthcare compliance officer and other functions (quality, finance, regulatory, etc.) with legal advice - help business to navigate in compliant engagements with HCP's, ensuring consistency with corporate policies and procedures - engage in educational efforts including case study-based training to sales and marketing teams Key achievements: - building up legal function highly appreciated by the key stakeholders and tailoring best solutions for business - establishment of lasting valuable and strong connection with the team - development and implementation of transparent and compliant approaches in sales and marketing - optimization of advertising materials review process - increasing legal awareness in the company

Key responsibilities: full legal support of Consumer Care Business - overall legal support of import and distribution activity - draft complete set of agreements templates, labor documents, internal rules and procedures - provide legal induction to different functions (sales, HR, finance, procurement, marketing), legislation follow up and recommendations to departments - advertising and POS materials review, legal support of wide range of promotions - legal support and coordination of compliant approaches in interaction with HCP's - compliance implementation, education of employees, trainings, drafting of internal documents in line with global requirements

In-house legal support, mainly in marketing and sales activities, contractual work, corporate matters, under supervision of UK legal team.

Start up of a legal function in a newly opened legal entity, full legal support of business activity. Deep engagement into innovative marketing and sales activities; review of various advertising materials and promotions; drafting of wide range of agreements and internal documents; labour relations support; representation of the company with a state authorities.

Legal support of 5 advertising agencies of AGL: review of creative advertising materials, contractual work, legal support of judicial disputes, registration of trademarks, protection of intellectual property rights including court disputes, corporate registration work, labor relations.
