-Payroll management with payroll provider (SD Worx) and partnership with external accounting team -EY) -Personnel, training and database administration (Workday, OPCO) -Assistant to HRD during CSE meetings (elections, PSE, projects) -Office manager (office move, post, invoices, provider management, company cars, health and safety including DU) -Responsible for covid measures in region (security, furlough/activité partielle) -Screening for corporate recruitment -Creation and management of ‘Kontent Club’ – EMEA wide meeting group for diversity and inclusion

-Onboarding management for all new joiners -Personnel administration (contracts, amendments, onboarding, exits) and payroll administration (preparation of variables for external provider) -HRIS administration and projects for French absences (Workday)

-Personnel administration for France, Belgium, UK & Netherlands (SAP, Ask HR) & payroll administration (SAP, SD Worx) with monthly reports -Paris showroom management – 40+ FTC for short periods, 3 x per year -Intern & training management -Assistance with global mobility -Interim HR Advisor – 5 months -Benefits Champion – education for employees on their benefits
