Driving better outcomes in wind energy through real-world experience. I am a senior manager with an intent to make a meaningful impact in the renewable energy sector. My approach combines action with analytical thinking and strong, trust-based relationships to move business forward and create lasting value. My specialties are asset management and operations management of wind energy projects and portfolios. I have 18+ years of experience throughout the wind energy value chain, both on- and offshore. As a technical specialist, I translate technical topics to commercial outcomes and provide strategic advisory for wind energy projects throughout the life-cycle: starting from TSA/SMA contract negotiations, project management and quality assurance/control all the way to operations management and asset management. As an organizational leader, I have led a service organization with P&L responsibility and trained teams of engineers and technicians. I also mentor those new to the industry and those looking to join.
